SEATING AND ENTRANCE
Our accessible entrance is located at the front gates by the Box Office, with wheelchair escorts available to/from the gates to your seats.
Accessible seating for events at Budweiser Stage can be purchased online through Ticketmaster or by calling 1-855-682-6736.
Accessible seating can be found in back of sections 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 403, 405, and 407. To better see these tickets when on the Ticketmaster purchasing page, click on 'Filters', then scroll down and toggle the 'Show accessible seats' tab to on, then hit 'Apply Filters'. Please note that only sections 301, 302, 304, and 305 are on a raised platform. All remaining accessibility sections are at ground level.
PLEASE NOTE: The 100-level Seating/General Admission Pit and Lawns are not wheelchair accessible.
WASHROOMS
Accessible washrooms are located in all plazas.
SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION
If you require an interpreter, please note that this must be requested at least 3 months in advance of your scheduled show. Send along your accessibility request to our team at accessibilitycoordinator@livenation.com or at 416-260-5600. Please include your full name, ticket confirmation number, party size, and the service(s) you require.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Guide Dogs and Service Animals are permitted at Budweiser Stage. A detailed description can be found below. If you have further inquires about bringing your Service Animal or Guide Dog to a concert at Budweiser Stage, please contact accessibilitycoordinator@livenation.com
A person with a Disability is permitted to enter a premises owned and/or operated by the Company accompanied by their Guide Dog or Service Animal and keep that animal with them, unless the Guide Dog or Service Animal is otherwise excluded by law.
In the event that a Guide Dog or Service Animal is excluded from the premises by law, the Company will make efforts to identify other measures that are available to enable the person with a Disability to obtain, use or benefit from the Company’s goods, services or facilities.
Service Animals and Guide Dogs must be supervised by their owners and kept in control when used to access the Company’s goods, services or facilities.
Guide Dog – A guide dog as defined in section 1 of the Blind Persons Rights’ Act is a dog trained as a guide for a person who is blind and having qualifications prescribed by the regulations under the Blind Persons’ Rights Act.
Service Animal – means an animal:
- (a) That can be readily identified as one that is being used by the person for reasons relating to the person’s Disability, as a result of visual indicators such as the vest or harness worn by the animal.
- (b) For which the person provides documentation from a member of the following regulated health professionals confirming the person requires the animal for reasons relating to the Disability:
- i. College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
- ii. College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
- iii. College of Nurses of Ontario.
- iv. College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- v. College of Optometrists of Ontario.
- vi. College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
- vii. College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- viii. College of Psychologists of Ontario.
- ix. College of Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Mental Health Therapists of Ontario
MOBILITY DEVICE STORAGE
We are unable to store Mobility Devices. Fans may keep their mobility devices by their seat. If you have questions regarding mobility device storage or charging your device, please contact accessibilitycoordinator@livenation.com
MEDICATION NEEDS
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.
DIETARY NEEDS
Budweiser Stage takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests. Please reach out to InfoToronto@LiveNation.com if you have questions regarding specific dietary needs.
SENSORY INCLUSIVITY
Budweiser Stage has partnered with KultureCity® to enhance our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Our goal is to provide an inclusive experience for all guests during all events. We strive to raise awareness of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with sensory processing needs by supplying our staff with annual training and by offering the resources and accommodations below to our guests:
- Sensory Bags
- KultureCity® Sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, feeling thermometer, fidget tools, and noise-canceling headphones are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at Guest Services. Sensory bags can be used for all abilities of all ages.
- Weighted Lap Pads
- Weighted Lap Pads are available upon request (at no cost by leaving an ID) at our Guest Services.
- Quiet Room
- A Quiet Room is located inside the Medical Compound (across from Guest Services).
- Headphone Zone
- Headphone zones (loud areas) are located in the entire concert bowl once you enter our seated section.
