
Know Before You Go
GENERAL INFO
We are located at 909 Lakeshore Blvd West in Toronto. Please give yourself extra time to get to your event. Due to ongoing construction in and around the area, we strongly encourage fans to take public transit.
TRANSPORTATION
Due to the abundance of road and infrastructure construction projects, coupled with several other events in the vicinity of Budweiser Stage this summer, we strongly recommend that you take public transit, and avoid driving to the venue. Please visit GOtransit.com or ttc.ca for scheduling information and download their apps for the most up to date, real time info.
- WALK
- Pedestrians walking from the east, heading west towards the venue should enter the venue grounds via the east pedestrian and bicycle entrance. Please look out for signage and staff to direct you to where you need to go!
- BIKE
- Bicycle Parking is available by the east pedestrian entrance to the venue. There are also Toronto bike share racks available nearby.
- DRIVE & PARK
- There is NO public parking available at Ontario Place on Budweiser Stage event nights other than for those with accessible needs. For Ontario Place parking information, please visit the Ontario Place website, and contact opinfo@ontario.ca for all parking inquiries. - RIDESHARE
- A Pick up/drop, ride-share and taxi area is located a short walk to the east of the main gates. For your safety, please follow the designated pedestrian walkways provided.
Please make sure to double check your route before leaving and while in transit to the show as unforeseen delays and route diversions can happen at any time. As always, please give yourself extra time to access the venue.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Taking GO to Budweiser Stage is easy and drops you right at Exhibition GO Station, a short walk South through the Exhibition Place grounds to the Ontario Place main entrance. Most Lakeshore trains run every 30 minutes. For more information visit GOtransit.com or call 1.888.GET ON GO (438.6646).
From UNION station: Take the 509 Harbourfront streetcar to EXHIBITION loop. Walk south through the Exhibition grounds, and through the pedestrian walkway to the Budweiser Stage.
- From BATHURST station: Take Line 2 BLOOR-DANFORTH SUBWAY to BATHURST station. From BATHURST station take the 511 Bathurst streetcar south to EXHIBITION loop. Walk south through the Exhibition grounds, over the Lake Shore bridge, to the Budweiser Stage.
- From DUFFERIN station: Take Line 2 BLOOR-DANFORTH SUBWAY to DUFFERIN station. From DUFFERIN station take the 29 Dufferin bus south to EXHIBITION (Dufferin Gate). Exit at MANITOBA DR AT NOVA SCOTIA AVE EAST SIDE. Walk south through the Exhibition grounds, over the Lake Shore bridge, to the Budweiser Stage.

BAG POLICY
- Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
- Small clutch bags, which cannot exceed 6” x 9” in size, with or without handle or a strap
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag)
- Medical bags or kits and diaper bags, are acceptable and will be searched at the gate
- Essential items, such as medical bags, diaper bags, and helmets, must be identified and searched upon entry and will be directed to check the item into Guest Services
- NO BACKPACKS
LOCKERS
Budweiser Stage has Lockers on site for guests to use. If needed, please visit our Guest Services building for assistance upon arrival.
LAWN CHAIRS
If the lawn area is closed for the event, no lawn chairs will be permitted into the venue. Please ensure to check each event page for more information. Only small and low profile lawn chairs are allowed when the lawn is open; standard lawn chairs and camping chairs are not permitted.
Lawn Chairs cannot be larger than 23” long x 22 ¼” wide x 24” tall when fully opened.
Lawn Chairs are available to rent from Guest Services and the Guest Services Kiosk at the main entrance to the Lawn at Gate 3. You can reserve your Lawn Chair upgrade in advance for $20 or rent your Lawn Chair on site on the day of the show for $25
ALLOWED ITEMS (SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY TOUR)
Homemade food wrapped in plastic, small and thin blankets, small and low profile lawn chairs, small collapsible umbrellas, one sealed plastic bottle of water, reusable water bottles (please note that certain shows may not allow metal water bottles due to artist safety concerns - please be sure to check pre-event information email), and non-professional cameras (point & shoots, film, and disposables).
PROHIBITED ITEMS (SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY TOUR)
Backpacks/oversized bags, alcohol, narcotics, paraphernalia and illegal substances, chains and spiked clothing, weapons of any kind, signs larger than 8.5" x 11" (subject to change show by show), cans, metal water bottles (please note that certain shows may not allow metal water bottles due to artist safety concerns - please be sure to check pre-event information email), glass bottles, aerosols and containers of any kind, laser pens/pointers, professional recording devices and cameras with detachable lenses, iPads, tablets, laptops, selfie sticks, hard sided coolers, animals (service animals excepted), non-collapsible umbrellas, large and thick blankets, standard lawn chairs and camping chairs, any inflatables, and any object that can be used as a projectile.
MOBILE TICKETING
Your phone is your ticket! All 2025 events will be mobile entry only. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print so make sure to add your tickets to your wallet or transfer to your friends before reaching the gate. CASHLESS PAYMENTS
Budweiser Stage is a cashless venue and does not accept cash at any point of sale.
WILL CALL
Our Box Office is located at the Ontario Place Main Gate and is open on event days only from 1pm until 10pm. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID to pick up their tickets.
SMOKING/VAPING POLICY
Smoking and vaping is not permitted in reserved seating areas, lawns or East & West Plaza at Budweiser Stage. Should you need to smoke or vape, the Riverwalk and South Plaza is the designated smoking and vaping area, which remains subject to change on a show-by-show basis. All other areas of the venue are designated Smoke and Vape Free.
CANNABIS POLICY
Guests attending a show at Budweiser Stage may bring in and consume cannabis or cannabis accessories subject to the following policy:
- Guests must be at least 19 years of age to possess and consume cannabis
- Guest will only be permitted to enter with an amount of cannabis that is reasonable for personal use for the duration of the show only, subject to any documented medical allowances
- Upon entry, guests must make security aware that they are bringing cannabis or cannabis accessories into the venue for inspection
- All cannabis and cannabis accessories are to be stored in a sealed plastic see-through container (e.g. Tupperware or Ziploc bag) which allows security to directly inspect the cannabis and cannabis accessories without the need to open the container or handle the product.
- Any cannabis and cannabis accessories that are not stored in a sealed plastic see-through container and directly visible through the container will not be permitted. No glass container or glass cannabis accessory will be permitted at any time.
- The smoking of any cannabis products (including vaping) is permitted within designated smoking areas only. These areas will be clearly marked and may change on a show to show basis. Venue staff will provide guests with direction on where the designated smoking area is at each show.
- Venue staff will remove guests who overuse or overconsume any intoxicant, including cannabis or cannabis accessories.
- Cannabis is for personal use only and the sale of cannabis is strictly prohibited. Venue staff will remove anyone who sells or purchases cannabis and will report such activity to the police.
- The use and consumption of cannabis is subject to the Fan Code of Conduct and misuse may result in removal from the venue.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
For your health and safety, please be sure to:
- Stay hydrated and drink lots of water
- Wear sunscreen and dress for the weather
- Do not bring prohibited items into the event and follow entry protocols
- Follow our Fan Code of Conduct for yours and everyone’s safety

- If you see something, say something - report safety and security concerns immediately to event security and staff
LOST AND FOUND
The venue is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Prohibited items may be disposed of within 24 hours after the event is complete. If lost items are not picked up within a 2-week period, then they will be disposed of. To inquire about lost items, please visit here.

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
At Budweiser Stage, great events are the heart of what we do. An important part of any great event is ensuring a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for our guests, artists and staff.
We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone. We ask that your conduct contribute to everyone’s enjoyment of the event, be legally appropriate, and not be offensive or abusive to others. For your safety and comfort, unacceptable conduct is subject to ejection and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Use of foul, threatening, offensive or abusive language or gestures.
- Discrimination, bullying or hate that harasses, victimizes, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, race, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, ability, physical appearance or other.
- Harassment, including unwelcome or hostile behavior, physical contact or sexual attention.
- Fighting or any other type of violence.
- Wearing or using clothing, signs, and banners which are offensive in nature.
- Intoxication or impairment due to alcohol/cannabis or consumption of illegal substances.
- Throwing objects or interfering with the progress of the event.
- Possessing alcohol not purchased inside the venue.
- Being a minor in possession of alcohol or providing a minor with alcohol.
- Being in possession of weapons, illegal substances or any other prohibited items.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes, personal vapourizers, and cannabis) outside of the designated smoking areas.
- Unpermitted access and breaching the perimeter of the venue.
- Any other conduct that may be deemed by Budweiser Stage to be inappropriate or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property, or disruption of the event.
Live Nation Canada will not tolerate any unsafe, offensive behaviour that violates the Fan Code of Conduct. Failure to abide by this Code may result in ejection from the venue. A temporary suspension or permanent ban from entering any or all Live Nation Canada venues may also be the result of violating the code of conduct.
Each of us has a responsibility to report any act that goes against the values that we stand for. So, if you see something, say something. Report any safety concerns to our management team right away.
